IT Support Helpdesk
Our Surrey based IT Support Helpdesk is run by a team of professional, friendly and supportive people who will provide you with technical IT support as and when you need it.
We will actively encourage you to use the IT Support Helpdesk to ask any ‘How do I do that?’ IT questions – these can be from the very easy to the real head-scratchers.
Our comprehensive call logging system can record and track your support history, including keeping an inventory of the equipment you have purchased, and setting reminders for software and warranty renewals.
IT Support Helpdesk Hours
Our IT Support staff are in our Surrey based office from
Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 5:00pm
Our offices are closed at weekends and on all UK Bank/Public Holidays.
At certain times of the year – such as around Christmas and the New Year – we may provide a reduced service.
We use software called Bomgar which provides us with remote access to the machine you are on.
