Our Customer Promises
Meeting Timescales - we promise to do whatever is necessary to complete work for you within agreed timescales, but if it isn't possible we'll always agree an alternative date with you in advance.
Owning & Resolving Timescales - we promise to resolve any problems you have with our service as soon as we can. If the first person you contact in IA Computing can't help, they will make it their top priority to find the person who can.
Completing Jobs - we promise to complete all jobs to your full satisfaction.
Fair Quotation - we operate a Fair Quotation policy which is explained below.
- When quoting for on-site work we will quote a number of engineering days
- We will estimate the time required e.g. 5 days
- If the work takes 4 days - then you will only pay for 4 days
- If the work takes 6 days - you will only pay for 5 days
